Colonial Beach WIB Meeting with Speaker Lori L. Knowles, Safety Educator and Representative with Damsel In Defense
Lori has been a Safety Educator and representative with Damsel In Defense since 2021 following her 27 plus years as a Firefighter/Paramedic. After retirement, she embarked on a journey to equip, empower, and educate people to protect themselves in their professions and everyday life.
"My mission is to help you PROTECT yourself, PREPARE for the unexpected, and to help you PREVENT violent crime."
Lori lives in Stafford County, she has 3 grown children and 1 granddaughter which she spoils rotten! Lori has 2 dogs, 5 cats, and 7 chickens! The occasional deer visits her back yard which she lures with corn in hopes they will bring their babies.
