Bio:

Winona Pearson is a  Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and for the past six years, she has been employed by Middle Peninsula Northern Neck  Behavioral Health (formerly known as the Middle Peninsula Northern Neck Community Services Board) as an Emergency Services Counselor. She works with individuals who may lack the capacity to recognize the consequences of their actions, and/or may present a danger to themselves or others. Our primary concern is to find the least restrictive alternative for individuals who are experiencing a mental health crisis, to include psychiatric hospitalization.

She is interested and incorporates the biopsychosocial spiritual framework of social work and crisis intervention with individuals.

Winona lives with her husband Brian in Gloucester, VA .  They I have been married for 40 years. Winona and Brian share three adult children, and four grandchildren.
