We are very excited to welcome our Guest Speaker Charlotte Cole, Economic Development Director, Town of Colonial Beach and Director, Downtown Colonial Beach, a preservation-based economic developer, marketer and communicator.

Charlotte has developed and managed award-winning strategic marketing and communications programs for Philip Morris USA, Virginia Tourism, Southern Governors' Association, the National Museum of the U.S. Army, General Dynamics and the South Carolina Department of Social Services. She comes to Colonial Beach with extensive experience in program and non-profit management, most recently as Executive Director of a nationally- and state-accredited Main Street program.
